Each entity plays an essential role in the organization’s functioning and strategic direction. Each committee is comprised of Board members, team members, and external individuals who bring complementary expertise. All these committees report directly to the Board of Directors. It plays a decisive role in the project funding process and has full authority over the allocation of funds at the initiatives selection stage. This committee brings together activists, experts in social and political issues, community leaders, and professionals with in-depth knowledge of the realities of equity-seeking communities. It brings together people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, from a variety of socio-demographic contexts. This diversity ensures project selection is aligned with the Foundation’s values.
